Wealth at Work group (“the Group”) – a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist wealth manager, has moved its headquarters after securing a new central location in Liverpool as part of its continued growth.
Housing 150 employees with the capacity to double, it is fitted with brand new state of the art equipment to continue developing digital services.
The deal was secured by Forma Real Estate (“Forma”) to lease 20,423 sq ft of office space at 5 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool, the largest letting in Liverpool City Centre’s commercial district since 2019.
David Cassidy, Chief Executive Officer of the Group comments; “We have increasing demand from large companies requiring a one-stop-shop for financial wellness solutions including digital communications, financial education with guidance together with regulated advice and investment management. Our momentum is such that we are one of the fastest growing companies in our sector and our new premises will allow us to expand in tandem with our demand, as well as continue to develop our unique technology to the benefit of our clients. Our new Liverpool office provides an excellent modern “Fintech” working environment which will allow our staff to continue to provide first class delivery for all our clients, which in turn will bring growth and prosperity to the city as demand for our services continues to increase.”
Ben Dickins, UK Head of Asset Management at Forma comments; “We are very pleased to welcome the Wealth at Work group, having illustrated to them our plans to substantially upgrade the property with a focus on employee wellbeing and asset sustainability credentials. We are committed to modernising the tenant amenities at the property, improving the building’s operational performance and providing a high level of client service. It is an approach we will apply across the board as we expand our UK commercial portfolio.”
Mark Worthington, Director at Worthington Owen, acting on behalf of Forma comments; “The Wealth at Work group are one of Liverpool’s most successful companies so we are naturally delighted that they have chosen to relocate to No. 5 St Paul’s Square. They have been a pleasure to work with. There is strong interest in the building which is a vindication of Forma’s approach to the upcoming improvement works.”
Tony Pyper, Director at Aztec Interiors comments; “It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the team on this design and fit out right from the start. It’s a very impressive floor and the scheme looks great.”
